The basic goal is to improve speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills in English for developing professional elementary English teachers. Students explore the overall Western culture and literature and learn about the theories and practice of English teaching methods suitable for Korean elementary schools.
The purpose is to teach computer mechanism and teaching method by seeking systematic theories needed for elementary computer education and practicing them in order to develop competent elementary teachers who have professional knowledge on the use of computers, effective teaching plans, and a sense of duty.
It is an integrated department of early childhood education and special education in order to seek a synergy effect by sharing academic roots of child development and psychology and through integrated education and linkage operation. Depending on students’ choice, early childhood education or special education may be provided in-depth.
